An Ambiance Set For Networking

Growing up I always heard my grandfather and dad say, “We are human beings if we can’t relate to another human being then it’s not life.” My age was six then, I never understood the statement at that age nor made an effort to understand it over a period of time. But I realized how powerful this is when I started my first company at the age of 23. Networking came in very naturally for me because of the environment in which I grew up. My parents had imbibed the sense of cooperative and social living in me. My home was always filled with people either relatives or friends. My father used to organize lot of literature meets and film festivals for which many used to folk in. My grandfather would help people from villages to be admitted to the college in which my dad used to teach. Those who he gets admitted would stay with us till they graduated.

This environment in which I grew up, played a vital role in my life. This is how I realized to Network not just network but to network the right way with right people. Yes environment plays an important role, but how many of us do get the right environment. What is a right environment? Are you clear on who you want in your network? Why are you even building a network of people around you?

To answer all these questions I want to share my experience that I have had over the period of time and contribute in this space of Networking. Am going to reveal how impactful POWER OF NETWORKING is in all walks of life from personal life to business life.
